GMIMCo Tries To Swat Down Delphi 401(k) Case

Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- General Motors Investment Management Co. and State Street Bank & Trust Co. defended their 401(k) management Monday when they asked a federal court to dismiss a proposed class action lawsuit a Delphi Corp. employee filed against them for allegedly reckless investing.

Brian McTigue, lead plaintiffs' attorney, said he believed his clients would prevail and that the defendants' requests would be denied.
