IBM Beats IT Worker’s Class Cert. Bid In OT Suit

Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 2:08 PM EDT) -- IBM Corp. on Wednesday defeated an information technology specialist's bid to certify a class to bring claims that the computing giant misclassified its workers as exempt from overtime pay requirements and otherwise violated California's labor laws.
