Feds Take Bid For NYT Reporter's Sources To 4th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (October 20, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors asked the Fourth Circuit on Wednesday to force a New York Times journalist to testify about his confidential sources at the upcoming trial of an ex-CIA officer accused of leaking classified information regarding an operation to disrupt Iran's nuclear weapons program to the reporter.
