House Rep. Wants Antitrust Hearings On NCAA Realignment

Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 7:44 PM EDT) -- The ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday asked the congressional panel to turn its attention to a number of issues facing the country's collegiate athletics, including the question of whether realignment of athletic divisions has had an anti-competitive effect on smaller schools.
