Internet Services Loses Bid To Remand Patent Case

Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has refused to remand Internet Services LLC’s video game patent dispute against software maker Immersion Corp. to state court, dealing a blow to the Los Angeles-based company that lost its fight to sue Sony over the same patents two months earlier.
