Labels Sued Over Royalties For Gay Rights Anthem

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 3:45 PM EDT) -- The co-author of the gay rights-themed disco hit “I Was Born This Way” slapped three music labels with a breach of contract suit Thursday in New York state court, alleging he has not been paid proper royalties.
