Webster Puts Up $10M For Seavest Hospital Project

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 3:49 PM EDT) -- Webster Bank has provided $10 million in financing to health care real estate private investment firm Seavest Inc. for the construction of an ambulatory surgery and medical office center connected to Kent Hospital in Warwick, R.I., the bank said Friday.

The project includes a 62,000-square-foot medical office building on the campus of Kent Hospital, which will lease 80 percent of the building, with the remainder going to private physician practices, Waterbury, Conn.-based Webster said.
