Actavis, Mylan Can Use Expert's Word In Heart Drug MDL

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 9:13 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Friday rejected plaintiffs' bid to block the use of certain expert testimony in a multidistrict litigation against Actavis Inc. and Mylan Inc. over a heart drug recall, finding defense attorneys had not violated any professional conduct rule.
