Law360, New York (October 24, 2011, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A New York judge refused Monday to toss a lawsuit accusing a former Crowell & Moring LLP attorney of "torpedoing" an agreement for the $16 million sale of a Manhattan building by stealing from an escrow account.
