GAO Tosses Fight Over Army Training Subcontract

Law360, New York (October 24, 2011, 6:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has nixed NEK Advanced Securities Group Inc.'s protest of the selection of a subcontractor to provide training support to the U.S. Army, finding that the procurement was ultimately decided by the prime contractor and not by the government, the agency revealed Monday.
