Ceglia Can't Stall Facebook Contract Fight: Judge

Law360, San Diego (October 25, 2011, 3:52 PM EDT) -- A magistrate judge on Monday rejected Paul Ceglia's bid to temporarily stay his suit claiming a contract gives him half-ownership of Facebook Inc., after one of the plaintiff's lawyers withdrew in light of allegations that Ceglia directed him to ignore a court order.
