Colony Asks Judge To Nix Jameson Inns Unit's Ch. 11

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 6:21 PM EDT) -- A Delaware judge on Wednesday will consider real estate private equity firm Colony Capital LLC's request to throw out the bankruptcy case of an affiliate of Jameson Inns Inc., to which Colony has provided $40 million in financing, according to a court filing Tuesday.
