Gabon FCPA Informant Defends Plea Deal In Court

Law360, Washington (October 25, 2011, 6:42 PM EDT) -- The government’s cooperating witness in the trial of six military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials to win contracts denied Tuesday that his plea agreement hinged in any way on the successful prosecution of the defendants.
