Home Shopping Network Reaches Deal In OT Action

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 1:54 PM EDT) -- HSNi LLC — a subsidiary of the Home Shopping Network — on Wednesday settled a collective action alleging it shorted more than 300 current and former workers on overtime pay.

U.S. District Judge Richard Lazarra granted a joint motion for approval of the settlement between named plaintiff and ex-customer service representative Debra Keller and HSN Inc. unit HSNi, and dismissed the case with prejudice, though the court reserved jurisdiction to enforce the deal's terms.
