Soured Consumers Sue Smart Balance Over Milk Claims

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 5:14 PM EDT) -- Consumers hit Smart Balance Inc. with a proposed class action in New Jersey last week, accusing the food-maker of lying about the amount of fat in its "Fat Free" milk.
