Jewish Youth Director Files Wage Action Over Israel Trips

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 6:30 PM EDT) -- A youth director for the Jewish organization Orthodox Union filed a putative collective action against it Tuesday, claiming OU refused to pay overtime, including for events like weekend retreats and trips to Israel.
