Class Action Targets Trader Joe's 'All Natural' Foods

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 7:21 PM EDT) -- A putative class action filed Monday in California accuses Trader Joe's Co. of falsely advertising that its cookies, apple juice and other products were all-natural even though they contained synthetic ingredients.

California residents Tamar Davis Larsen and Aran Eisenstat seek to represent tens of thousands of customers across the U.S. who bought Trader Joe's products labeled as "all natural" or "100 percent natural" from October 2007 to the present.
