Gabon FCPA Informant Defends Aggressive Methods

Law360, Washington (October 26, 2011, 6:36 PM EDT) -- The government’s cooperating witness in the trial of six military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials to win contracts on Wednesday defended his aggressive tactics in trying to sell the defendants on the proposed deal.
