Astellas Drug Reps Get Initial Class Cert. In OT Case

Law360, San Diego (October 27, 2011, 4:26 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday gave initial certification of a collective action alleging the U.S. affiliate of Japan-based Astellas Pharma Inc. misclassified current and former pharmaceutical representatives as exempt from overtime pay.
