WTC Steel Subcontractor Wants $15M Back Payment

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 6:26 PM EDT) -- ADF Steel Corp., a subcontractor on the World Trade Center site's Tower 1, Tower 4 and transportation hub, asked a New York judge Wednesday for declaratory relief regarding $15 million it says it is owed for steel fabricated and supplied to building contractor DCM Erectors Inc.
