Sci-Fi Author’s Estate Seeks ‘Adjustment Bureau’ Payout

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 5:32 PM EDT) -- The estate of author Philip K. Dick on Thursday lodged a breach of contract suit in California against filmmakers who produced “The Adjustment Bureau,” an adaptation of a Dick short story, claiming they unlawfully cheated the estate out of millions in royalties.
