Eatoni Fights To Keep RIM Antitrust Suit Alive

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 6:14 PM EDT) -- A federal judge should greenlight an antitrust suit accusing BlackBerry maker Research in Motion Ltd. of ducking out of an agreement to cooperate with Eatoni Ergonomics Inc. on the development of a cellphone keyboard, Eatoni argued Friday.
