Iraq Will Need Oversight After Withdrawal, Watchdog Says

Law360, New York (October 31, 2011, 9:30 PM EDT) -- U.S. reconstruction efforts in Iraq will still need robust oversight after the U.S. Department of Defense completes its scheduled withdrawal of all troops by the end of the year, the auditor for Iraq reconstruction said in a report released Sunday.
