Law360, Chicago (October 31, 2011, 3:50 PM EDT) -- An Alltel Communications LLC attorney told the Seventh Circuit on Monday that claims in a putative class action alleging the company failed to honor customer contracts it inherited in a 2006 acquisition should be arbitrated, not heard in court.
