Submarine Base Tarred By Bribery Can Deal Again: Navy

Law360, New York (October 31, 2011, 6:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Navy has restored the contracting authority of its Rhode Island submarine research and development base, after suspending it earlier this year in the wake of charges over an alleged $10 million kickback and bribery scheme involving naval contracts, it said Monday.
