Model Sues Oliver Peoples Over Eyewear Ads

Law360, New York (November 1, 2011, 3:23 PM EDT) -- Actress and model Kate Nauta sued eyewear designer Oliver Peoples Inc. on Friday, claiming the company used her likeness in photos and video clips of her modeling eyeglasses long after her advertising agreement had expired.

In a suit filed in California court, the "Transporter 2" actress claims Oliver Peoples exploited her likeness in company advertisements without authorization.
