Olympus Committee To Probe Merger Fee Scandal

Law360, New York (November 1, 2011, 12:22 PM EDT) -- Olympus Corp. on Tuesday appointed a third-party committee led by a former justice of Japan's supreme court to investigate the scandal — and resultant stock plunge — over exorbitant advisory fees the company paid during its takeover of a British medical instruments maker.
