Calif. Gas Station Managers To Reap $4.75M OT Payout

Law360, Los Angeles (November 1, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Tuesday preliminarily approved a settlement worth up to $4.75 million in a class action by managers at Shell- and Texaco-branded gas stations who claimed employer Equistaff LLC shorted them overtime and failed to provide legally mandated breaks.
