Gabon FCPA Witness Grilled Over Past Drug Use

Law360, Washington (November 1, 2011, 10:48 PM EDT) -- Military equipment industry executives accused of attempting to bribe Gabonese officials told a Washington federal jury Tuesday that the government's main cooperating witness' memory of events in the case were spotty due to his past drug use.
