Graphic Designer Says Movie Studio Lifted Logo Design

Law360, New York (November 2, 2011, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A graphic designer hit Millennium Films Inc., the studio behind “Conan the Barbarian” and other movies, with a breach of contract and copyright infringement suit on Monday in New York, claiming the company stole his design for its new logo. 

Bill Dawson and his company XK9 Design Inc. named Technicolor Creative Services USA Inc. and Millennium subsidiary Nu Image Inc., in addition to Millennium, as defendants.
