Judge Tosses American Eagle Pilots' Bargaining Action

Law360, New York (November 2, 2011, 4:25 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Monday tossed a putative class action brought by a group of American Eagle Airlines Inc. pilots over an arbitrator's order setting a time limit for them to decide if they wanted to work for American Airlines Inc.
