Zurich Owes Federal $1.5M In Coverage Suit Fees: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 4:43 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday told Zurich American Insurance Co. to pay about $1.49 million to Federal Insurance Co. for attorneys' fees and other costs that Federal incurred while fighting Hartford Financial Services Inc. over coverage of a Fair Credit Reporting Act class action.
