Ex-Credit Agricole Analyst Asks 2nd Circ. To Preserve Win

Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 1:54 PM EST) -- A fired Credit Agricole SA analyst who won an employment lawsuit against the bank after a judge overturned his jury loss urged the Second Circuit on Thursday to uphold his victory, saying the judge was entitled to toss the verdict.

William Raedle, who worked as an analyst for Credit Agricole's Credit Agricole Indosuez unit, claims a CAI supervisor with whom he had a tense relationship spoke with prospective employer Dreyfus Corp. and disparaged him, killing his job chances.
