‘Spider-Man’ Producers Owe Investor For Theater: Suit

Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 6:31 PM EDT) -- An investor in Broadway musical “Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark” filed a breach of contract suit against the show’s producers on Wednesday, claiming they have failed to pay her for the collateral she put up for theater space.

In a suit filed in New York Supreme Court, Patricia Lambrecht claims Heroic Productions LLC and 8 Legged Productions LLC have failed to pay her $625,000 in fees she is owed for providing collateral so the show could use the Foxwoods Theatre.
