Kirkland Reps Olympus In $755M Pizza Hut Franchisee Buy

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 7:05 PM EST) -- Private equity firm Olympus Partners has agreed to buy Pizza Hut's largest franchisee NPC International Inc. from Bank of America Corp., part of the bank's continued strategy to divest certain assets, NPC said Monday.

The deal is worth about $755 million, according to a person familiar with the matter. Financial details of the transaction were not publicly released by the companies.
