Law360, Chicago (November 7, 2011, 4:24 PM EST) -- An ex-Motorola Inc. software engineer charged with trade secrets theft and economic espionage led a "double life" while she plotted to steal the company's cellular technology for a Chinese competitor looking to work with that nation's military, a prosecutor told an Illinois federal judge Monday.
