Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 4:34 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court considered Thursday two recent measures designed to kill the state's redevelopment agencies unless they release some of their funding, grilling attorneys on whether the paired bills could be severed, and what funds cities could use to save the programs.
