Dynegy Heads To Ch. 11 In Deal To Restructure $4B Debt

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 10:55 PM EST) -- Dynegy Inc.'s holding company and four subsidiaries on Monday simultaneously filed a Chapter 11 petition in New York bankruptcy court as part of an agreement with investors to restructure more than $4 billion of the troubled power company's debt.
