Ex-F1 Head Wins Claims Over News Corp. Nazi-Sex Stories

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 1:16 PM EST) -- A French court found Tuesday that a News Corp. subsidiary violated the privacy of former Formula One chief Max Mosley when its now-shut News of the World tabloid reported he had hosted a Nazi-themed orgy.

News International unit News Group Newspapers Ltd. must pay €32,000 ($44,118) in costs and damages for articles and photographs published in March and April 2008 reporting Mosley hired dominatrices to perform Nazi-themed sadomasochistic sexual acts.
