DOD Orders Review Of Sole-Source Alaska Native Contracts

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 8:02 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Defense asked its military contracting executives on Monday to begin a top-down review of all contracts handed to Alaska Native corporations without competition, after a recent bribery scandal drew new scrutiny to the sole-source contracts.
