Stop & Shop Owes Vornado $37.4M In Rent Hikes: Judge

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 5:27 PM EST) -- A New York judge ruled Monday that Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. owes Vornado Realty Trust $37.4 million in unpaid rental increases for four leases, two in Pennsylvania and two New Jersey, in a legal fight dating back to 2003.
