Deutsche Bank Accused Of Harassing Ex-Associate

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 7:32 PM EST) -- Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. was hit Monday with an employment discrimination suit brought by a former associate on its Latin American mergers and acquisitions team who says he was harassed based on his race and ethnicity.

Deutsche Bank downgraded associate Gillray Cadet's "performance appraisals, denied him bonuses commensurate with his abilities and work performance, and refused to provide [him] with advancement opportunities and mentoring because of his race and ethnicity," according to the complaint filed in New York federal court.
