Healix Seeks To Duck $7M Video Game Arbitration Payout

Law360, New York (November 9, 2011, 7:09 PM EST) -- Health care company Healix Inc. on Tuesday sued two video game publishing companies in Texas federal court, saying they are improperly demanding that Healix pay part of a $7.3 million arbitration award in underlying litigation over a video game publishing contract.
