GE Asks 9th Circ. To Nix Arbitration Over Generator Repair

Law360, Los Angeles (November 9, 2011, 8:14 PM EST) -- General Electric Co. told the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday that a district court had erred in determining that an insurer had third-party standing to arbitrate claims over a $3.8 million reimbursement for repairs to a power utility's GE generator.
