Ford Ducks Calif. Antitrust Action Over Car Imports

Law360, New York (November 14, 2011, 5:39 PM EST) -- A California judge ruled earlier this month that a class of consumers did not have sufficient evidence to prove Ford Motor Co. had conspired with other automakers to keep cheap Canadian cars out of the U.S. market.
