Law360, Los Angeles (November 14, 2011, 7:09 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday tentatively rejected a request to reverse his August ruling denying class certification for an American Airlines Inc. employee suing for overtime compensation, saying she had failed to raise new facts or law meriting a revised decision.
