Domino’s Drivers Win Class Cert. In Wage Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 2:44 PM EST) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Monday certified a class of Domino’s Pizza LLC delivery drivers, saying their allegations that the pizza delivery chain had effectively paid them less than minimum wage were similar enough to warrant certification.

U.S. District Judge Donovan W. Frank granted the drivers’ motion to certify a class of drivers who worked at Domino’s Minnesota locations from March 2006 to February 2010, during which time Domino's had a policy of charging delivery fees without notifying customers that drivers did not receive those fees....
