Glove Makers Probed By ITC For Patent Infringement

Law360 (July 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The International Trade Commission will investigate allegations of patent infringement against a slew of companies that import rubber gloves into the United States.

The ITC said in a statement that it had voted to launch the probe into the manufacture and importation of nitrile hand gloves by 31 companies across the globe.

The Commission said the launch of the investigation followed a complaint filed to the ITC by Georgia-based Tillotson Corp. on May 30 alleging breaches of the 1930 Tariff Act.
