Judge Blocks Isiah Thomas' Counterclaims

Law360, New York (July 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge ruled Monday that New York Knicks basketball coach Isiah Thomas could not bring a counterclaim for “breach of fiduciary duty” against the former Knicks executive who is suing him for sexual harassment.
