Tribune Creditors Urge Judge To Rethink Plan Rejection

Law360, New York (November 15, 2011, 7:38 PM EST) -- Several Tribune Co. noteholders asked a Delaware judge Monday to reconsider portions of his Oct. 31 decision rejecting two competing reorganization plans for the bankrupt media company, in particular the ruling that appeared not to subordinate claims based on certain debt instruments.
